Corporation Valores Finamex

Due to its high professionalism and quality standards, Finamex was one of the first Mexican brokerage house that entered the international markets, establishing an office in New York, USA, in 1983, playing a fundamental part in the restructuring of the passives in dollars of the main private companies of the country and in the operation of the federal government's foreign debt.

Afterwards, it is constituted as subsidiary and in 1992 Valores Finamex International Inc. (VFI) is established, as an "US Broker-Dealer" before the "Securities and Exchange Commission" (SEC) and is member of the "National Association of Securities Dealers" (NASD) and of the "Securities Investor Protection Corporation" (SIPC).
